NOTICE.

THE SUBSCRIBER would most respectfully announce to the MILITARY Department that he is fully prepared and is now manufacturing successfully UNIFORM CLOTHING.

He has under his employ several Tailors aided by 50 to 75 No. 1 Seamstresses, having been carefully taught the skill of making Coats, Jackets and Pants to fit well and in perfect uniform.
