FROM MISSOURI

            JEFFERSON CITY via St. Louis, June 20—The steamer Sunshine, from Boonville, confirms the defeat of the State troops, with twenty killed.  The Federal loss, two killed, nine wounded and missing.

            It is thought the Missourians will make another stand at Lexington, under Col. Weightman, formerly of the United States Army.
