            NOT KILLED—We learn that Orderly Sergeant W. P. Elliott, of Bunting’s Battery, was not killed, as stated, in the battle of Kinston, but had an arm broken.  This is reliable as it comes by letter to a relative of Mr. Elliott in this town.
