DEATHS.

Died.—In the Second N. C. Hospital at Petersburg, Av. August 3^rd, 1862, private Absalom Aldred of Guilford county, and member of company C, 45^th Regiment N. C. Troops. He was a faithful soldier, and generally beloved by all who knew him.
