Death of Lieut. Winingham.
We
regret to learn that Lieut. Winingham, commanding
Company I, Twenty-second N. C. Regiment died in Richmond on the 26th ultimo. Lieut. G. V. Lamb succeeds in command of the
company. He will make an excellent
officer.
