To the friends of sick N. C. Soldiers:

There are always in the N. C. Hospital here, a great many North Carolinians in need of such articles as the sympathies of the kind and patriotic will readily suggest. Any contributions sent here to me for them, will be faithfully distributed to them by Surgeon G. F. Carmichael, in charge of the N. C. Hospitals, Division No. 2.
