Editors Courier—Please allow me to return the thanks of the men under my command, through your medium, to the “Central Association,” Columbia, S. C., for the following articles of clothing, which were very much needed, and turned by me to those only; viz: 40 colored wool blankets, 100 pair pants, 192 pair English socks, 50 pair shoes.
