THE BLOCKADE—We observe from the Charleston papers, that the South Carolina schooner, Petrel, E. O. Murden, commanding, ran the blockade off that bar Monday evening, and went up to the city. This is the “institution” which Abe Lincoln calls on all the nations of the earth to respect!
