We learn that one of Lincoln’s cut-throats went into the house of a poor man, residing not far from Hampton Roads, a few days since, and finding no one in the house except a pretty girl of 15 or 16 years, and her little brother 9 or 10 years, commenced taking improper liberties with the young lady—observing which, the little fellow seized a shotgun, and placing it near the skull of the Yankee scoundrel, blew off a greater portion of his head.
