Troops on the move—Two companies from the upper counties passed down the road on Wednesday last. On Friday, we understand, some four hundred and fifty went down, and on Saturday one or two companies more. Almost every day, we believe, a large or smaller number are passing down, for the help of Virginia and other exposed positions. Indeed there appears to be no lack of devoted patriotism in this time of need.
