QUEEN VICTORIA.—We have a letter, says the Boston Journal, from an American in London who is likely to be well informed, from which we make the following extract: “I am sorry to say her majesty the Queen is in a state of insanity, and very little hopes are entertained of her recovery. They talk of having her sent to Germany. I hear it talked th_ ____ urgency.”
