Death of President Tyler.

Hon. John Tyler, ex-President of the United States, died at Richmond, Va., on Friday the 17^th instant. He was over 70 years of age, but his mind was still vigorous. He had been elected to a seat in the Permanent Confederate Congress, and was spoken of as the probable Speaker of that body, when it shall assemble.
