TRIP OF THE ALICE VIVIAN.—The excursion trip of this belle of the Alabama waters yesterday, for the benefit of the Volunteer Relief Fund, was a very agreeable one to the passengers, about 400 in number. On leaving the wharf everything was put on a war footing, Capt. Abels surrendering the command to D. McNeill, Esq., Secretary of the Relief Committee, who was saluted as Captain McNeill, the regular commander contenting himself with the title and office of sailing master, and Jim Scott with that of boatswain. Under guidance of this excellent corps of officers, the swift Alice under an easy head of steam, reached Fort Morgan in about two hours and a half, and after giving the company upwards of three hours to look at the work, got back to town at an early hour.
