MISSOURI TROOPS-We had the pleasure yesterday of meeting Captain Kirsch, of St. Louis, an intelligent, high spirited and energetic officer in the Confederate service, who comes to our city from Memphis on business connected with the regiment of Missouri volunteers now encamped in Tennessee.  This regiment is commanded by Col. John T. Bowen, one of the best military men in Missouri, who, at the head of this fine body of brave Missourians, eight hundred strong, will soon be heard from in the stirring events which will occur in that theatre.  –N. O. Delta--
