Davidson.

 

From all accounts, Davidson county will not be behind her sister counties in sending volunteers to the war.  One company has already gone from Thomasville.  We understand that another company is about ready to start from Lexington.  We are also informed that the Hon. J. M. Leach is making speeches and beating up for volunteers and that it is his intention to form a regiment, to rendezvous at Lexington, subject to the call of the Governor.
