Among those killed in the battle of Saturday last we learn that Captain C. T. N. Davis is included. Captain Davis fell at the head of his company leading them on in the most gallant manner. Although not a resident here, Capt. Davis is so well known and had so many connections here that he might almost be regarded as a Wilmingtonian.—Wilmington Journal.
