DEATHS.
Died.—In Wilkesboro, on the 13th
ultimo, Leander B. Carmichael, Esq. He
was a brother of Maj. A. B. Carmichael who was killed the day following in the
battle below Newbern. Three grown
brothers of this family have died in the last twelve months.
